She helped me book some great tours and was always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. she was super knowledgeable about the list of activities one can do in Dubai. she handpicked few for me and always followed up to make sure I get most out of them. Her personable nature and helpful attitude were a true testament to her and the hotel's dedication to customer service.

Excellent soundproofing — we slept great. Big plus: they kindly offered us a late check-out as a complimentary gesture. Fast elevators, air-conditioned gym, and a pool area with a bar, shisha, and shaded lounge spots in the afternoon — really nice to escape the heat 🌴☀️. There are several restaurants in the hotel. We especially liked Garden 8 — spacious, lively, with lots of screens showing sports, a wide beer selection 🍻, and tasty food. Ground floor restaurants are great too. Breakfasts are solid — everything you need, served in a relaxed setting 🍳🥐. Dubai Marina is just a 5–10 minute walk 🚶, and you can reach the beach (any beach club) in about 15 minutes on foot or quickly by taxi. Another big plus — WhatsApp support responds instantly 💬⚡

Beautiful clean hotel. Just about 10 minutes walk to metro station which gives you access to everywhere. Dubai is very spread out so travelling is necessary. We used Careem ap for taxi that way we knew how much we were paying. I would recommend you download this ap and also use it for transfer from airport. Taxis are well priced. The metro is very handy and you can get a card for day for about €5. Would recommend you include breakfast as fantastic choices. Our last morning we had an early flight but shadlum I think they was receptionist babe arranged a breakfast box of fruit and croissants for us. Great variety of food in different restaurants in this hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Very polite staff, settle all the requests fast, except the valet personnel, they were a little slow. I enjoyed the design of the room. While travelling with kids or other people tho pay attention, because they have rooms with see-through walls in the bathroom and the toilet doesn’t lock. I really enjoyed how clean the room was, the view was nice and there’s a lot of light.
